SPECIFIC RULES FOR POKER TOURNAMENT SERIES “VISION POKER LEAGUE”

 

 

The Organizer of Tournament series “VISION POKER LEAGUE” is Grand Casino d.o.o. Beograd. For organizing Tournament series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, General Rules for Poker Tournaments in Grand Casino d.o.o. Beograd are applied. Additionally, Specific Rules are defining in detail the organization of the Tournaments and/or Tournament series.

By these Rules, in addition to General Rules for Poker Tournaments, the Organizer Grand Casino d.o.o. Beograd ascertains the following:

 

1.        The Organizer Grand Casino d.o.o. Beograd organizes the Tournament series named “VISION POKER LEAGUE” (hereinafter: “VISION POKER LEAGUE”) in Grand Casino d.o.o. Beograd, Španskih boraca 74A, in the period from 2 April 2025 until 25 December 2025.
2.        Within the Tournament series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, the organizer will organize Tournament of special games of chance “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM POKER” and “OMAHA POKER” as well as other combinations of these two games, according to various types and tournament structures. Type of the game, schedule, type and structure of the Tournament will be published in writing by the Organizer at the beginning of each week in Casino premises and before the start of the first tournament in that given week.
3.        The participant in each Tournament from the series “VISION POKER LEAGUE” is any person who paid participation entry at the casino cash desk in the amount and period defined and announced by the Organizer before the tournament start.
4.        The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or to alter the announced Tournament for any reason. If the Organizer cancels the announced Tournament from the series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, all participants will be promptly notified and all money paid shall be returned.  If the Organizer changes the announced Tournament from the series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, all participants will be promptly notified and all money paid shall be returned to the participants not wanting to participate. Remaining participants who want to participate will have to adjust the payment according to the change. If the tournament is fully occupied, but guest paid for the entry at cash desk, the Organizer is obliged to return the money. Neither party shall have further liability to the other.
5.        The Organizer reserves the right to change the Tournament structure during the Tournament.
6.        All participants are personally responsible to inform themselves before the start of each tournament about terms and conditions, type and schedule of the Tournament. By paying the participation fee, the participants confirm their consent on all Rules.
7.        By paying the participation fee, players agree with recording and publishing of photo/video material; and also with publishing names of participants, winners, win amounts and number of allocated points during the “VISION POKER LEAGUE” tournament series.
8.        The participant is securing entry in the individual Tournaments from series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, with the exception of “SUPER FINAL” Tournament, by paying the participation fee at the cash desk of the Organizer on the day the individual Tournament is held, at the cash desk defined for the Tournament and in a defined period of time or until the full capacity is reached. Participant is identifed through Casino membership card or biometric casino player profile and personalized participation in the Tournament is recorded.
9.        The participant receives a voucher at the cash desk of the Organizer to present it at the Tournament location as a game entry payment proof. Vouchers are recorder per player in the permanent database of the Organiser and can be transferred to the other player before the Tournament start, if the Organiser’s Representative approves, after which the Organizer makes changes in the database of Tournament records. Vouchers are non refundable.
10.     The Tournament participation fee is defined by the Organizer and paid by the Tournament participant at the cash desk of the Organizer to reserve the right to participate at the Tournament.
11.     Winning pool for each Tournament from the series consists of funds provided by all participants in order to enter the Tournament which value has been determined and announced by the Organizer before the Tournament start, reduced by 5% on behalf of the winning pool for the final Tournament called  “SUPER FINAL”.  Winning pool for each Tournament from the series “VISION POKER LEAGUE” is kept at the cash desk of the Organizer which is coordinating payouts to the winners. Winning pool can be increased during the Tournament, and the way and the values will be defined by the Organizer and announced before the Tournament starts. Winning pool is the property of Tournament participants and will be shared to the winners for each Tournament from series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, in accordance to General Rules for Poker Tournaments and Specific Rules of “VISION POKER LEAGUE” Tournament series, having that 5% of winning pool of each Tournament from “VISION POKER LEAGUE” Tournament series will be allocated to winning pool of the final Tournament called “SUPER FINAL”
12.     Total wining pool  for the Tournament “SUPER FINAL” consists from the 5% allocated from the winning pool of all Tournaments from series “VISION POKER LEAGUE” which precede the “SUPER FINAL” Tournament.
13.     Participants in the Tournament from series “VISION POKER LEAGUE” by participation in “VISION POKER LEAGUE” accumulate points according to following rules:

 

      a) Player accumulates points for participation in the Tournament according to the following table:

b) At the end of each Tournament from series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, total number of points is calculated so that the number of entries to the Tournament is multiplied by the coefficient of the Tournament determined in the following table:

Number of total Tournament points is distributed to top 10 ranked participants according to the following table:

If number of participants is less than 10, the Organizer will determine later the percentage for each rank level for the Tournament in subject.

 

• At the end of the month, in case participating in at least 11 Tournaments from the series “VISION POKER LEAGUE” or other Tournaments which Organizer organizes in the same calendar month, the player is awarded with one extra point for each tournament participation in the month in subject.
• For participation in each qualifying Tournament which is organized for other Tournament series (hereafter: Satellite), if the Satellite is organized during the tournament series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, player is awarded with 5 points.
• Participants in the Tournament of other Tournament series which Organizer organizes during the Tournament series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, the player is awarded with points, and the number of points is determined and announced by the organizer for each tournament.
• Player is awarded with 20 points for eliminating the participant from the game which has assigned role “Bounty Joker” in Bounty Tournament. If the participatant that has been assigned the role of  “Bounty Joker” wins the tournament, he receives 100 points. The Organizer is deciding on assigning the role of “Bounty Joker” in Bounty Tournaments. 

 

14.     At the end of Tournament series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, the Organizer will organize the “SUPER FINAL” Tournament on 23 and 24 December 2025.
15.     Right for participation in Tournament “SUPER FINAL” is entitled to 27 best ranked participants from “VISION POKER LEAGUE” Tournament series, which have participated in at least 70 Tournaments from series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, according to sum of points awarded at Tournaments from series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”.
16.      Winner of the “VISION POKER LEAGUE” Tournament series will receive monetary win in the amount of 3.500.000 RSD for which he is entitled to buy one passanger vehicle Mercedes A180 AMG style at car dealer “Jevtović cars d.o.o.” if the buying process of the above mantioned passanger car is finalized til 1^stApril 2026. The winner has to fulfill following conditions:
    1.        being the best ranked “VISION POKER LEAGUE” series participant according to total awarded points in Tournaments from series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”
    2.        Having participated in at least 80 Tournaments organized by Grand Casino d.o.o. Beograd during Tournament series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”.
17.     In case the best ranked participant from “VISION POKER LEAGUE” Tournament series does not meet conditions from point 16.  item b) of these Rules, the winner of “VISION POKER LEAGUE” will not be entitled for the monetary win from point 16. and the monetary win will be transferred to the first next ranked player that meets the conditions.
18.     The starting stack of tournament chips in “SUPER FINAL” Tournament is 50,000 for each of 27 qualified participants. Additionally, for top 10 ranked participants, according to sum of points accumulated on Tournaments from  series “VISION POKER LEAGUE”, the starting stack of tournament chips will be increased according to following  table:

19.     “SUPER FINAL” Tournament is organizer according to provisions of General Rules for Poker Tournaments.
20.     The number of winning places for the SUPER FINAL tournament is three, according to the following percentages: first place – 50%, second place – 30% and third place – 20% of the total winning pool of the tournament "SUPER FINAL".
21.     It is the responsibility of the qualified participant to announce his arrival to the organizer at least 2 days before the start of the "SUPER FINAL". If a player doesn’t announce his arrival, he will be removed from the list, and the whole list will be moved one place. If a player applies for the "SUPER FINAL", but doesn’t show, he’s chips will participate in the tournament until they are spent on blinds.
22.     It is the responsibility of the player to bring any irregularities or problems to the attention of the Management of Organizer. All disputes must be resolved prior to any player leaving the table.
23.      Tournament Director is assigned by Management of Organizer. Tournament Director’s decisions are final in resolving situations at the Tournament. Tournament Director also makes decision in all situations not defined by the Rules.
24.     Decision of Tournament Director is final.
25.     Method of introducing the participants on “VISION POKER LEAGUE” Tournament series is organized so that players have access to information on tournament Rules through written material available in the gaming area, and trained staff may provide explanation on the Tournament and how it is structured.
26.     Participation in Tournament series “VISION POKER LEAGUE” is allowed for individuals with valid photo identification on the day of single “VISION POKER LEAGUE” Tournament. If the player is entitled for participation in “SUPER FINAL” Tournament and his/her identification document has expired before the “SUPER FINAL” Tournament and player can’t enter the Casino premises, the player is eliminated from the list of qualified for “SUPER FINAL”. The organizer is not obliged to compensate the possible damage.
27.     In case the player ranked for the “SUPER FINAL” has self barring, player is eliminated from the list of ranked for “SUPER FINAL”. The organizer is not obliged to compensate the possible damage.
28.     In case the player ranked for the “SUPER FINAL” has been barred from the Casino, player is eliminated from the list of ranked for “SUPER FINAL”. The organizer is not obliged to compensate the possible damage.
29.     At no instance staff members of the Organizer or a player may claim ignorance of these Rules. By participating  in  the  game  the  player  confirms understanding  of  these   Rules  and General Rules for Poker Tournament and agreement with them. Players confirmed the understanding of the above mentioned, and they have validated understanding of Rules by paying the Tournament participation entry.
30.     The Organizer hold a right to correct calculation and/or other mistake made by the Organizer’s representative during calculation of points, wining pool or distribution of winnings.
31.     The Organizer is not held responsible for any typing mistakes, human errors, software or evident errors in relation to these Rules, published schedule, game type, Tournament type or structure, as well as all other information published on the web site or on location of the Organizer.
32.     The Organizer holds the right to correct all typing mistakes and other mistakes which can be found in these Rules, game type, schedule or structure of mentioned Tournaments.
33.     The Organizer may render decision to award additional points in accordance with internal promotions within the casino.
34.     These Rules are available in written form at the Casino premises where Tournaments of special games of chance are organized.
35.     These Rules shall be applied from 2 April 2025 until 25 December 2025.
