  7. By paying the entry, the player agrees to the recording and publication of video and photo material and to the publication of the names of participants, winners and prize recipients, the amounts of money won and the number of points awarded during the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” tournament series.
  8. A participant secures a seat in the individual tournaments of the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series, with the exception of the “SUPER FINAL” tournament, by making a payment at the organizer’s cash desk on the day the individual tournament is held, at the cash desk designated for the tournament, within the defined time period or until all seats are filled. 10. The value of the payment for participation in the tournament is determined by the organizer and paid by the tournament participant at the organizer’s cash desk in order to acquire the right to participate in the tournament.
  11. The prize pool for each tournament in the series consists of the funds provided by all players for entry into the game, the amount of which is determined by the organizer and published before the start of the tournament, reduced by 5% for the prize pool of the final tournament named “SUPER FINAL”. The prize pool for each tournament in the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series is held at the organizer’s cash desk, which coordinates its payout to the winners. The prize pool may be increased during the tournament, and the manner and amount will be determined by the organizer and published before the start of the tournament. The prize pool belongs to the players and will be distributed to the winners of each tournament in the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” tournament series separately, in accordance with the General Rules of Poker Tournaments and the Special Rules of the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” poker tournament series, whereby 5% of the prize pool of each tournament in the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” tournament series will be transferred to the prize pool of the final tournament of the series, named “SUPER FINAL”.
  12. The total prize pool of the “SUPER FINAL” tournament consists of 5% of the prize pool of all tournaments in the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” tournament series that precede the “SUPER FINAL” tournament.
  13. Participants in the tournaments of the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series, by participating in the tournaments of the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series, earn points according to the results the player achieves in the individual tournaments of the league, by participation itself, and according to the special rules for certain tournament types and promotional elements, in accordance with these rules:

    1. By participating in a tournament, the player is awarded points according to the following table:

“BUY IN” RSD NUMBER OF POINTS FOR “ENTRY” NUMBER OF POINTS FOR “RE-ENTRY” MAXIMUM NUMBER OF POINTS PER TOURNAMENT
      ALL TOURNAMENTS 1 0.5 2
    2. At the end of each tournament in the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series, the number of points is calculated on the basis of the amount of money paid out to the players (cash out).

The number of points based on the cash-out is calculated according to the following formula:

      Points = (Cash-out ÷ Buy-in) × 10

      Example: Buy-in: 11,000 RSD

      Cash-out: 27,500 RSD

      Points: (27,500 ÷ 11,000) × 10 = 25

Points are calculated exclusively on the basis of the actual cash-out received by the player, regardless of the finishing position or the predefined prize structure.

    3. In tournaments with a Mystery Bounty structure, bounty prizes are not included in the calculation of points for the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE”. Points are calculated exclusively on the basis of the cash-out achieved from the main prize pool, in accordance with the previous paragraph. For the purposes of scoring, the buy-in used in the point calculation is the effective buy-in, i.e. the total buy-in reduced by the portion allocated to the Mystery Bounty pool.

      Example:

      Total buy-in: 18,000 RSD

Amount for the Mystery Bounty pool: 6,000 RSD

Effective buy-in for scoring: 12,000 RSD

    4. All forms of agreement on the division of prizes between players in a tournament (even deal, chip chop, ICM chop) are permitted, provided that all remaining players agree to the arrangement and that it is confirmed by the competent representative of the Organizer. If an agreement is reached, points are calculated exclusively on the basis of the actual cash-out received by the player, and not on the basis of the predefined prize structure. If the competent representative of the Organizer suspects that any informal, concealed or impermissible agreement has taken place between players which has not been reported or confirmed in accordance with these Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to impose, at its own discretion, appropriate measures, including but not limited to: deduction of points, disregarding the achieved result, disqualification of the player from the League, or any other decision the Organizer’s management deems appropriate.
    5. Points calculated according to the previous points of these Rules are rounded to the nearest 0.5 points, using the standard mathematical rule of rounding to 0.5.
    6. Points earned in the tournaments of the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series are recorded in the player’s name and are included in the calculation of the League rankings in accordance with these Rules. A player’s position in the League rankings is determined exclusively on the basis of the total number of points won.
    7. The player is obliged to report any objections regarding the record of their participation or the points earned to the Organizer within 14 days after the end of the tournament.
  14. In all tournaments of the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series, the Organizer designates one player with the special role of Bounty Joker. The manner of selecting the Bounty Joker player is determined by the Organizer, and tournament participants will be informed about it before the start of the tournament. A player who eliminates the Bounty Joker player from the tournament earns an additional 5 points. If the Bounty Joker player wins the tournament, they earn an additional 25 points. If the Bounty Joker player is knocked out of the tournament and makes a re-entry, they retain the status of Bounty Joker player. In that case, each subsequent time the Bounty Joker player is eliminated, the player who eliminates them earns additional points in accordance with these Rules. The number of times the Bounty Joker may be eliminated and re-enter the same tournament is not limited.
  15. Notwithstanding the provisions of point 13 of these Rules, if the Organizer or a competent representative suspects that a player or group of players is attempting to manipulate points, results or the application of the League rules, or is in any way abusing the provisions of these Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to act in order to protect the integrity of the League.

In such cases, the Organizer may, at its own discretion, apply one or more measures, including but not limited to: correction or deduction of points, disregarding the achieved result, disqualification of the player from the League, as well as making any other decision the Organizer’s management deems appropriate.

  16. Within the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” a single, final ranking list is kept, covering the entire duration of the League from 14 September 2026 to 12 June 2027. The ranking list is formed on the basis of the total number of points a player earns during the entire duration of the League, in accordance with these Rules. Points are awarded exclusively for participation in tournaments from the regular schedule of this League, defined in point 2 of these Rules. Tournaments from any other series or festival that may be held on the Organizer’s premises during the duration of the League do not award points for the League ranking list, regardless of the format or buy-in of those tournaments. The Organizer reserves the right, due to the organization of a festival or other extraordinary circumstances, to temporarily suspend or change the regular schedule of League tournaments, of which the participants will be informed in a timely manner. Tournaments that are not held due to such a pause are not included in the total number of League tournaments.
  17. The first-placed participant (winner) of the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” tournament series receives a cash prize in the amount of 3,500,000 RSD, for which the purchase of one passenger vehicle Mercedes A180 AMG style is enabled at the car dealership “Jevtović cars d.o.o.”, provided that the purchase of the said passenger vehicle is completed by 1 January 2028.

The winner of the regular part of the league must cumulatively meet the following conditions:

    1. That they are the highest-ranked participant of the tournaments in the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series according to the sum of points awarded in the tournaments of the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series.
    2. That they participated in at least 80 tournaments organized by the Organizer during the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” tournament series.

If the highest-ranked participant of the tournaments in the “VISION WIN&DRIVE LEAGUE” series does not meet the condition from paragraph b) of this article, the winner will not acquire the right to the bonus prize from this article, and in that case the unawarded bonus package is transferred to the next highest-ranked player who meets the conditions. The prize is ceremonially awarded to the winner of the final ranking list as part of a ceremony organized on the occasion of the “SUPER FINAL” tournament, together with the award of prizes for placement in the Super Final, but it constitutes a separate prize that does not depend on that player’s participation or placement in the Super Final.

    1. a greater number of tournaments played
