📌Ključne odgovornosti:
• Upravljanje kompletnim operacijama kazina na regionalnom nivou
• Postavljanje i implementacija poslovne strategije i ciljeva
• Praćenje i unapređenje finansijskih performansi i profitabilnosti
• Vođenje i razvoj timova (operacije, marketing, F&B, guest service)
• Obezbeđivanje visokog nivoa usluge i zadovoljstva gostiju
• Kontrola usklađenosti sa zakonskim regulativama i internim procedurama
• Saradnja sa ključnim partnerima i stakeholderima

📌Kvalifikacije i veštine:
• Minimum 5+ godina iskustva na rukovodećim pozicijama u kazino industriji, sa fokusom na live igre
• Napredno poznavanje svih zivih igara i operativnih procedura
• Razumevanje kazino matematike i performansi igara
• Iskustvo u vođenju i organizaciji pit operacija
• Izražene liderske i organizacione sposobnosti
• Visok nivo profesionalizma i donošenja odluka u dinamičnom okruženju
• Odlične komunikacione veštine i rad sa timovima
• Poznavanje zakonske regulative iz oblasti igara na srecu
• Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a strong focus on live gaming operations, who will take responsibility for the organization, control, and improvement of casino operations.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of all aspects of live gaming and the ability to ensure a top-tier level of play, efficiency, and guest experience.

📌Key Responsibilities:
• Management of complete casino operations at a regional level
• Setting and implementing business strategies and goals
• Monitoring and enhancing financial performance and profitability
• Leading and developing teams (Operations, Marketing, F&B, Guest Service)
• Ensuring high levels of service and guest satisfaction
• Controlling compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures
• Collaborating with key partners and stakeholders

📌Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in management positions within the casino industry, with a focus on live games
• Advanced knowledge of all live games and operational procedures
• Understanding of casino mathematics and game performance
• Experience in leading and organizing pit operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism and decision-making in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Knowledge of legal regulations in the field of games of chance
• Active knowledge of the English language
